Hermitage (Hut)

The Hermitage near Dunkeld in Perthshire was used as a filming location in Outlander. Specifically, scenes set in the forests of the American colonies were filmed there. The Hermitage's dramatic woodland, featuring towering Douglas firs and the striking Black Linn Falls, provided an atmospheric backdrop for these scenes.
